Residential mortgage rates in Middle Tennessee are falling again.

 

As of this morning, Friday August the 6th, the 15 and 30 year fixed rates are down again. Both Government and Conventional rates are once again at an ALL TIME low. The 30 year rates are averaging around 4.250% and the average15 year fixed rates have dropped below 3.875%. With the number of properties on the market and purchase prices dropping...
