Agents, remember these two words - "Broker Bonus".
As of December 1, 2011, HUD will be offering a new Broker Bonus Sales
Initiative for Tennessee. Details are as follows:
- Preliminary bids must be submitted on or after December 1, 2011.
- As with all HUD bids, a loan commitment letter must be submitted with the
signed contract.
- The words "Broker Bonus" must be written or typed
at the top of the signed contract.
- You, the selling broker, must complete the HUD Notification regarding the
bonus.
- For properties that close up to 34 days of contract
acceptance, the selling broker willbe eligible for a $600
bonus.
- Properties that close within 35 to 39 days of contract
acceptance would make the selling broker eligible for a $450
bonus.
- Properties closing within 40 to 43 days of contract
acceptance offer a $300 bonus to the selling broker.
- HUD's Asset Manager will notify the closing agent of the broker
bonus.
*Please note properties that are advertised as "Hard
to-sell" by HUD are not eligible for this program.
