There is not a lot of new information for this area, however there is some.

With the change of season comes the wind; leaves falling from the trees snow fall and cold weather folks thinking about and Christmas and the Holidays; It has slipped up on me, I don’t know about you but it seems as though things are on hold. People are still looking at houses, and of course some are still listing houses, so there is still a market. Why then aren’t more houses being sold? The Rates are still great, banks are lending to those with good credit. Maybe people are unsure of the future; I suppose they have a right to be.

Jobs have been lost to other countries, I forget the reason now but it seems to me the corporate structure did not do what was necessary to keep jobs in America, look at the pay scales the Officers in the companies made. Investors were promised increased returns on their stocks, where was it to come from with less people working, just who was going to buy the products? There are a lot of company’s no longer in businesses.

Our country was founded on individuals working toward their dreams, taking the risk, having pride of ownership of a dwelling they would call their own, where a family could be raised and taught; if I work hard I can succeed and realize any goal I set for myself. This is still possible, but certain things have to be accomplished; we have to regain the spirit of freedom we didn’t know we lost, or know when it happened, we have to stop trying to improve products out of existence; the old saying comes to mind, “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it”, maybe we see a little clearer now, Hopefully.

I suppose it is time to come down from the podium and go back to work!
