Today, there are 101 properties for sale in Knox County, each on the market for $800,000 or more. I'm sure they all want to sell, but what are their chances?

Last year, 2011, 43 sold...79 expired unsold and 73 were withdrawn from the market. There are far more that never sell than that succeed in closings. There will be more coming on the market as the New Year begins, but their chances of a successful sale are not good.
