There were 99 new listings and 87 closings for homes located in Lexington, SC in December, 2011 including Lake Murray lake homes. The newly listed homes for sale in Lexington range in price from $61,000 to $659,000. The size of these homes ranged from 926 SF to 4732 SF. There were 3 lakefront homes listed in Lexington out of the 93 new listings.
Out of the 87 closed homes 83 were non-lakefront homes and they closed for an average SF sales price of $78 and were on the market for an average of 104 days. There were 4 homes closed on Lake Murray with an average SF sales price of $165 psf and an average of 157 days on the market. The most expensive Lexington home was a lakefront home on Lake Murray and it sold for $805,000 while the least expensive Lexington home sold for $39,000.
