It is comprised of approximately 1400 single family homes built in the 1970s and 1980s. One can access major shopping and highways in minutes. It is conveniently located off of Kempsville Road and Lynnhaven Parkway. It is located near Lake James, and Stratford Chase. The children attend Centerville Elementary, Brandon Middle, and Tallwood High.
