Need to Hurry, Time is Running out for Tax Credit. If you intend to purchase a home before the tax credit runs out you must have the home under contract by April 30, 2010. This week end is National Open House week end in an effort to let buyers see as many homes as possible so that you can make a decision on which home is best for you and get it under contract before time runs out. Remember though that if you have been working with a REALTOR already and you see a home you want while out searching for homes this week end to call that REALTOR that has already spent time working with you. This is a great time to buy as home prices have moderated and the interest rate is still great.
