Parkside Homes for Sale Lexington SC Real Estate For Sale

Parkside is a great Lexington SC neighborhood that is just minutes from downtown Lexington that is made up of two sections of homes.  One section, Parkside Patio Homes, ranges from 1000-1550 square feet that are currently selling between the $110s and $120s.  Front yard maintenance is included in the quarterly HOA dues of $160 which attracts buyers who are seeking low maintenance lifestyles.  The other section is just called Parkside is made up of single family dwellings between 1200 and 2500 square feet which are currently selling anywhere from the $120s to the upper $170s.  The HOA dues for this section are currently $235/year.  Parkside homes are mainly vinyl but some do have brick fronts.
