     Currently there are 181 HUD Foreclosures homes throughout Middle Tennessee for sale in Nashville, Murfreesboro, LaVergne, Smyrna, Franklin, Brentwood, Hermitage, Mount Juliet, Old Hickory, Spring Hill and the surrounding area's as of this post.
Many agents advertise HUD Foreclosures, but very, very few have the knowledge to get them purchased for their client at the lowest dollar acceptable by HUD.  My offers are calculated to the lowest dollar, NO guessing as other agents do.  All HUD owned homes can be bought for less than asking price, which is the current appraised value.
Many of these homes are in very good, move in condition.  Previous owners had an FHA loan and just couldnt maintain the payments.  Thus FHA then forecloses and turns the home over to The Department of Housing and Urban Development for disposal through an online auction format.  All offer's have to be submitted by a HUD approved agent.  And here I am ready, willing and able to save you thousands on your NEW home.  Additionally, my services of saving you thousands on your purchase will cost you nothing as HUD pays my company for selling their homes.
These homes are available to anyone, owner/occupants, flippers and investors.  I even buy one myself now and then to flip, but I can't buy them all.  New foreclosures are updated weekly by HUD.
