Carisbrooke is a 147 lot upscale neighborhood located off Pelham Road on Hudson Road in Greer - Eastside area of Greenville South Carolina. Home sizes in this community are between 2400 square feet to 5000 square feet, and they range in price from the low $300,000's to the low $500,000's. The neighborhood is comprised of one story, one and half stories, and two story homes. They all come with at least a two car garage, but some of the homes have three car garages.  A lot of the homes in Carisbrooke are built on a third of an acre lot  or more, which provides enough space for the children to play, or for  gardening.
