Charlotte Downtown Condos: The VUE Tour

I spent the day yesterday touring the VUE in downtown Charlotte. This tour left me with only one word in mind, WOW !! The VUE is gearing up for a September 16th long awaited opening. My tour was a hard hat, vest and safety glasses tour of building only up to the 37th of the 51 story building. The units I viewed ranged from 700 - 2300 sq ft. others are available. Prices ranged from the upper 200,000's to 999,900. Higher levels will have units in the million dollar plus range. Prices are based on the location in the building, height and direction of the view.

Views include the Bank of America Stadium, Carolina Panthers practice field and mostl downtown buildings.

Standard options include granite, high end appliances, just to mention a couple. The amenities are outstanding with, pool, tennis court, cyber cafe, pool tables, lounge areas and a gym facility that rivals any, state of the art security, main lobby with concierge. This building gets a thumbs up from me, it's totally outstanding.
