Lexington Place is a 139 lot community located in the Eastside area of Greenville South Carolina on Pelham Road - Just 10 minutes to Downtown Greenville. Eastside area is one of the most desirable areas in Greenville County. Homes in Lexington Place range in square footage from 1400 square feet to 3600 square feet, and they range in price from the low $200,000's to the low $300,000's.


There are three sections in this neighborhood, The Enclave, The Glens, and The Cottages. The homes were built from 1998 to 2001. Most of the homes in this subdivision have some brick siding along with vinyl, and there are some with all vinyl siding. The neighborhood is comprised of traditional one and two story homes, and they all come with two car garages.


Amenities for this neighborhood include Street lights, Side walks and common areas.
