Mariners Creek is a beautiful neighborhood in Lexington that is made up of lovely quality built homes, only 2 minutes outside the Town of Lexington.  With 97 total lots, there are 23 patio homesites and 74 executive homesites that are built by local builders such as Reggie Porter Builders, Southern Classic Homes and Bracebridge Construction.  The executive homes start at approximately 2150 square feet and go up to just over 3100.  The patio homes start around 1730 square feet and go to approximately 2285.  Construction is a mixture of brick/vinyl and all brick with hardi plank and stucco accents. 
 
The most recent sale in Mariners Creek took place in September 2010 after only 37 days on the market.  It was 2516 square feet and sold for $250,000.   It was a beautiful home with a brick front, 3 sides vinyl and a fenced-in backyard complete with a screen porch and deck.
