Can I make a profit on my home in a slow market?

Posted by Sandra E. Albright on February 2, 2011 at 7:21 PM

It is very possible to make a profit on your home in a slow market. The market has pretty much settled down now and there is money to be made. If you bought within the last two years you will probably break even, but if you have been in your house more than two+ years you're in good shape to make a profit on your home. Pricing is the key!

I have been in the real estate business for almost 4 years. I am known for the dedicated service I offer my clients and the agents within my office. As an expert home stager, I specialize in getting homes sold fast. I have a lifetime of experience in my other career, which is education; as a teacher, librarian, and principal. While in education, I developed the skills that serve me so well in my real estate career. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Robertson Co. or surrounding area, you can reach me at Exit Realty New Edge, 2012C Memorial Blvd., Springfield, TN 37172, 615-433-2200

Sandra is a native to the area she serves and is familiar with Nashville, Clarksville, Springfield, Ashland City, Goodlettsville, White House, Hendersonville, Greenbrier and surrounding areas.
