Monmouth Meadows is located in Abingdon MD. This community is in Harford County MD close to I 95. There are lots of options for a multitude of lifestyles and could meet the needs of virtually anyone! You will find that this community is home to some single family homes as well as both garage and non garage townhomes. You can also find condos as well. Monmouth Meadows had a generous amount of ammenities as well. There are walking trails that will take you on a leasurely walk through the woods. Depending on which way you go you could end up at the Harford County Public Library or enjoying the water at the resivoir. Thats not all! There is a community pool as well as a gym and club house. As far as schools, your little ones would go to Emmorton Elementary. The older ones would attend Bel Air Middle and High Schools.

Ryan Homes is building some new construction in the community. They are offering condos as well as several different townhome options.I will be covering the market activity on the resale homes today, not the new construction.

In January we had a total of 16 active listings. The average list price of the homes for sale is $233,425. Wew sold 8 homes in January of this year. If you look at the 21009 zip code as a whole, we sold 26. I think 8 is not to shabby! This tells me that Monmouth Meadows is one of the more desireable places to buy in within the Abingdon zip code.
