Housing In Momouth Meadows And Surrounding Areas

The snow is melting which means it is house hunting season! Monmouth Meadows is a community located in Abingdon MD. This community is convienent to I95 as well as RT 24 and RT 152. Within minutes, you will find a plethera of shopping and eateries. There is the Fesitval of Bel Air wich is an oversized shopping center with virtually everything you could want. But if you don't find it there, will find the new Wegmans grocery store that is being constructed right down the street. You also have Walmart, Target, Lowes and the Movie Theater 5 minutes away! If you go a bit further, you have the town of Bel Air. Downtown Bel Air is a quaint town with a variety of shops and food establishments to choose from.

Monmouth Meadows itself supports a great variety of homes. You can fiind a condo, various sized townhomes as well as single family homes. Ryan Homes is offering new construction in one section of the neighborhood. . Monmouth Meadows had a generous amount of ammenities as well. There are walking trails that will take you on a leasurely walk through the woods. Depending on which way you go you could end up at the Harford County Public Library or enjoying the water at the resivoir. Thats not all! There is a community pool as well as a gym and club house.

As far as what is available in the area, here is the breakdown. If you look specifically at Monmouth Meadows, right now there are 15 active listings not including the new construction. However, there are a few areas ajacent to Monmouth Meadows that are similar.

Just to the east you have a community called Constant Friendship. They too offer a variety of home styles to choose from. Within the Constant Friendship community, there are 45 active listings on the market.

To the west there is a smaller community called Country Walk. There are 8 listings active in this neighborhood. They also have a variety of different homes to choose from.

Overall, no matter which one of these areas you decide to call home, I do not believe you will be dissappointed!

All three of these areas, Constant Friendship, Monmouth Meadows and Country Walk are located in Harford County MD. Allthough they are split between the zip codes of Abingdon 21009 and Bel Air 21015 they are very similar.
