Linda Julian has lived in Knoxville all of her life watching the immense growth in business and housing in the area. Being familiar with most parts of town especially South and West Knoxville, Bearden, Cedar Bluff, Farragut and Karns she also works in areas surrounding Knoxville like Oak Ridge, Clinton and Maryville.  

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, she spent 28 years working in the lending industry. She performed a variety of functions required in Multi-Family Property financing for 14 years with the remaining years in Single-Family property lending. She understands the importance of being a qualified buyer and its advantage during contract negotiations.

While working in the lending industry she went back to school and obtained her real estate license and now has 11 years experience as a Realtor.  In the last 5 years she has obtained valuable knowledge and experience in the purchase and closing of foreclosured homes. Training on Historic Housing in the City of Knoxville helps to broaden her knowledge of the Knoxville market.  Ongoing training is a must to keep abreast of current trends.

As a professional she enjoys putting all of her efforts into listening to individuals and families in order to buy their ideal home or sell their cherished treasure.  She believes in putting forth the hard work to make the process of finding or selling your home an enjoyable, simple one.
