The car will hold 4 passengers and it really useful when she is working with a builder/developer and showing numerous houses in the same area. The buyers get on her golf car, don't have to worry about doors or hills (especially helpful to older buyers) and she quickly drives from house to house within the neighborhood.
She also uses it to market homes. She delivers "JUST LISTED", "JUST SOLD" and 'OPEN HOUSE INVITATIONS" from her little car. It's efficient and she can dolly the car on a trailer to any area where she has a home for sale. If the home is in the Cedar Bluff or Farragut areas, she just drives it where she wants to go (Laurel lives in Farragut), as it's quite legal to drive on the street. In the back of the car is a storage box she stocks with materials for buyers and sellers...and a extension cord, in case she needs to recharge!
By delivering her marketing information this way, she has an opportunity to visit with neighbors and folks who are driving through the neighborhoods. They all stop to talk. And the more interest she can create in her properties, the more she sells!
