EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced its stellar lineup of speakers and entertainers who will be gracing the stage at this year’s annual convention gala to be held in Nashville, October 25-29.
Inspiration for the Academy Award-nominated film, 127 Hours, Aron Ralston’s story first made headlines in 2003, when after being pinned by a half-ton boulder for nearly a week, he narrowly escaped death by severing his right forearm with a dull pocketknife. After applying a tourniquet, he hiked and rappelled for five hours through Utah’s Blue John Canyon before searchers in a helicopter miraculously rescued him. Ralston documented the life-altering experience and his remarkable will to survive in his New York Times best-selling book, Between a Rock and a Hard Place.
Rounding out the star-studded lineup at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center will be:
Richard Flint: Flint has studied, researched, written and spoken for 30 years in his field of expertise – human behavior and development – through his programs in Leadership, Management, Customer Care, Sales, Ethics, Motivation, Organization, Personal Relationships and Human Behavior. He has made appearances on over 100 radio and TV shows, as well as hosting his highly acclaimed internet radio show, Achieving a Positive Life. He has also written 13 books and produced more than 100 audio and video learning programs.
Stefan Swanepoel: Swanepoel’s life has been a “Serengeti journey” - from his birth in Kenya to schooling in Hong Kong and South Africa eventually, running a New York-based global franchise network with 25,000 sales associates in 30 countries. In all he has served as president of seven companies and two non-profit organizations.
Now for the first time he has combined his love of wildlife and nature, his ability to captivate audiences, and his comprehensive life experience into a captivating message in an inspirational fable for everyone. In the New York Times bestseller Surviving Your Serengeti:7 Skills to Master Business & Life he vividly portrays how this larger-than-life metaphor can provide guidance and inspiration for individuals and companies in today’s fast, busy and complex world.
Walter Sanford: Beginning in the late '70s, Sanford re-wrote the record book in the real estate industry, particularly in number of transactions generated and dollar volume sold. Some industry decision-makers believe he was one of the top agents in North America during the ‘80s and early ‘90s achieving his best year in 1992 with $72 million in sales. In today’s economy, that would equal over $133 million dollars per year in personal production sales! He sold a house a day for seventeen years.
Now he is one of the most requested trainers in real estate. Franchises request and mentor his systems to their agents. Delegation, net-profit strategies, working hard and still having a life are a few of the easy-to-implement, low-cost strategies that Walter has developed.
Martin Dubé: Born and raised in the cosmopolitan French charm of Montréal, Québec, Dubé began performing at the young age of 15, just a year after discovering his remarkable talent for impressions. He was the first Canadian to headline the legendary Moulin Rouge in Paris for thirty-four consecutive shows. Dubé's talents have taken him all over the world including Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. He has performed his impressions at some of the world's greatest events and in some of the world's most prestigious theatres.
