Located within a ten-hour drive of 2/3 (yes....that's TWO-THIRDS) of the US population,  Knoxville is only a short drive from Lexington, Ky, Atlanta, Ga, Birmingham AL, and is the peak of a Tennessee triangle that also encompasses Chattanooga and Nashville.

Located minutes away from one of the nation's most visited national parks (Great Smoky Mountains), and the ever  popular Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood, and Gatlinburg resort areas, Knoxville sports all you could ever want in a place to live, and more.

Look down on the Knoxville area from a plane, and you'll see a vista of lakes and waterways that rival any city in the country.  In fact, Boating World magazine recently named Knoxville as one of the three top cities for water-recreation in the entire US, alongside Fort Lauderdale, FL, and San Diego, CA.  And if you're a football fan, Knoxville is one of two universities that boasts  it's own fan-crazed Navy.  You haven't experienced football and civic-pride  until you've spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon in the fall...University of Tennessee football isn't just a campus happening....it engulfs East Tennessee....even the fall foliage turns a brilliant orange!
