Prince Georges County MD July Foreclosure Report!

Posted by Steve Queen on September 18, 2011 at 11:05 PM

Steve Queen has compiled foreclosure property statistics for July 2011 for Prince Georges County MD Homes. There were 289 foreclosure homes sold in July 2011 no change from last year. There are 525 active foreclosure listings on the market, down from 762 available at the same time last year. Due to the slow down of bank filings of foreclosures, the number of foreclosures have decreased. With increased bank personnel, we will start to see more active foreclosures hitting our market soon. Prince Georges County MD still leads the state of Maryland in foreclosure filings. Please see the graphs below.
