HOW IN THE WORLD DO THEY DO THAT "GOOGLE - THING"?

After years of "WONDERING", how "THEY" do it.... I finally ran into Key Yessaad, Real Estate Web Trainer. I could tell you of the days, months, years AND MONEY that I wasted trying to figure out how get Google to "fall in love with me" and my website, but that would just be a waste of space here..
