My name is Darren DeMartino and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers find the right property in the Middle Tennessee area including: Downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt area, South Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and Nolensville. I have years of experience with new construction(Single family homes and Dowtown Nashville Condos) and in today’s current market have been working with clients on Short Sales and Foreclosures).

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and hold licenses in both Tennessee and South Carolina. As an investor of Real Estate myself, I have had plenty of experience negotiating deals for clients. I hold several designations and certificatons as a Real Estate professional (ABR, SFR, CSP, ASP, e-pro) where I like to keep current on the ever changing real estate market. ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) shows excellence in helping Buyers find the right property and catering to their needs. SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource) attends to comprehension of Short Sales and Foreclosures. CSP (Certified New Home Sale Professional) gives all the training and familiarity to help buyers and sellers complete a transaction on a site built new home. ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) gives me tools to properly stage a home to get the best overall price and sell a home quickly. e-pro is a certification that, in today’s technology savvy world, that gives me all the internet and technology skills to be a Top Producer for my clients.

When I’m not working for my clients, I enjoy being outdoors and take advantage of the beautiful four seasons in Middle Tennessee. On Summer days, you can find me boating on the lake or on the softball field. I enjoy attending Tennessee Titans football games in the Fall. I give back to the community by Umpiring Youth and High School Baseball and I am a Member of the Cool Springs Rotary and Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce.
