In Medina Tennessee, a fast growing community in Gibson County Tennessee, I , Robert Yancey enjoy working with buyers and sellers of single family homes I also work Jackson, Tennessee in Madison County Tennessee. I specialize in the Southern Hills neighborhood in Medina where I track home sales, days on market, compare data to surrounding areas and mail cards monthly to these homes.

In helping people, it is my duty to bring buyers and sellers together under contract. Finding buyers or finding properties for my clients that closely fit their expectations and getting them a good deal and a smooth closing is a treat. I am married to my best friend of eleven years; Joan and I attend Highland Park Church in Jackson TN. and have four grandchildren and their parents. We enjoy going places and meeting people. I like to ride my Harley; I mostly ride alone and enjoy riding roads I have never traveled, some days I do business on the Road King. I have a background in manufacturing. I worked for Eaton Corp. and Dana Corp. making heavy duty truck axle housings and trailer axles for eighteen wheelers. I bought and remodeled houses for re-sale; this made me want to enter the real estate world.
