My name is Cathy Arter. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in the Middle TN area, including McMinnville, Rock Island, Morrison and the rural areas of Warren County.  I focus on luxury homes located on the golf course and waterfront properties on the Caney Fork River.

I am a licensed Realtor® with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. My husband Bill, a general contractor, and I have custom built and/or re-modeled and sold over 30 homes so I understand the transactions from both the seller and buyer perspective.  I would appreciate the opportunity to work for you.

I live in McMinnville, graduated from Warren Co. High School and attended Tennessee Tech University. My husband and I have four children and seven grandchildren. We enjoy golf, water sports, travel, cooking and sharing time with family and great friends as often as we can.
