About Me
I am one of the regional owners of Exit MidSouth serving Tennesseeand Kentucky. We are a sub franchiser of Exit Realty Corp International. We sell Exit Franchises to people who want to own a real estate franchise.
I have been in business for myself for 40 years, First as anowner of a successful Software company and then as a real estate agent and a builder. I bought, along with my daughter Jean Marie, our first Exitfranchise in Mooresville NC in 2002 and then purchased a second Exit office in Statesville NCabout 6 months later. We bought the Tennesseeregion in October 2004 and moved to Franklin Tennessee about a year later. OurGroup Purchased the Kentucky Region in 2008 and changed our name from Exit TN to Exit MidSouth.
Along with my wife Jean, we have been in charge of Franchisesupport for the Exit MidSouth since 2007. As a part of our duties wecommunicate with our offices on a monthly basic and visit them quarterly. A large part of my duties is involved in the Maintaining of our website www.withexit.com which has become thepremier regional website in the Exit system.
I am Real Estate Broker License in North Carolina and Tennessee.
