What is one of the successes in real estate you have had in the past you would like to share?
Balance. It's a hard lesson. All the money in the world isn't worth it if I don't have time for God and my family. I've had to let go, surrender what I want to do, and be obedient to what God wants me to do. And I found that by being obedient, God gave back what I had to let go of (contract on a listing the day it was to be withdrawn, offer on a listing that had been withdrawn for 2 weeks, backup offers for listings where buyers gave up and walked away, etc.)
