Share one thing you plan on doing this year that will ensure your Business Success.
I have a business plan that I am working and I am following the plan.
What is one of the successes in real estate you have had in the past you would like to share?
I consider each closed transaction a success., but the ones that send other people to you are the ones that are the most successful. For example, about three years ago I sold a young lady a $70,000 house when no one else wanted to work with her. At the time she was dating a medical student. The young doctor has now bought two houses from me in the last two years and intends to keep adding property to his portfolio as he decreases his student loans. It just goes to show that you never know how taking care of one person will lead to others buying or selling with you.
Is there something you think is really cool about real estate or EXIT you would like to share with other EXIT Members?
I love Exit. I love the working together instead of back biting like you see in so many other agencies. I love helping both clients and peers. I believe that what you sow does truly return to you. |
