Hello, I am one of the Broker/Owners, along with my wife, Kim, of Exit Realty Elite in Winston-Salem, NC .  I attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and received a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate.  Through my 20+ years of business experience I have learned that you must differentiate yourself from your competition if you want to be successful.  And that's why we were looking for something unique and different in real estate.  We didn't want to be a part of the average real estate firm. 

We were looking for a company where we could could be a part of something visionary, and we wanted to be around other real estate professionals who were like-minded.  We met Steve Morris, the founder of Exit, and we knew we were in the right place.  Then we met other leaders and trainers like Bob McKinnon, Jeff Lobb, and Johnny Lowey, and they confirmed our decision. 

At most real estate companies, agents are nothing but a number.  However, at Exit Realty we know agents are our biggest asset, and we treat them accordingly.  We believe in the vision Steve Morris cast to mentor agents and offer an opportunity where they can partner with the broker to develop residual income.    Our passion is to help other agents develop wealth through real estate and residuals, and we do that through high touch relationships because we care.
