Logan Simmons was raised in the Charleston South Carolina. In 2006 he purchased a Summer home in Hendersonville NC and fell in love with the Asheville area and made it his permanent home. During his time in Charleston, Logan was a special education science and math teacher for many years. This education background is invaluable in real estate as he knows how to listen to his clients needs and explain the home buying and selling process to all types of people. After 4 years at the University of South Carolina Logan earned a BS in Geology and after two more years of study he earned a Masters degree in secondary science and math instruction. After many years as an educator, Logan decided to enter the field of real estate. That was in 1995 and he quickly became an award winning top producer.

Logan worked for two different companies before he was introduced to the Exit Realty system. He immediately realized that Exit was the company on the forefront of the real estate industry and joined the Exit team. He earned his Brokers license and opened his own office in Charleston a few years later. After 3 years he felt drawn to move to his Summer home and joined Exit Realty Vistas in Arden North Carolina.

Logan’s market area is Asheville NC and Hendersonville NC as well as the surrounding counties. His focus is working for buyers and sellers with residential properties, second homes, lots and land, as well as foreclosures and short sales. Asheville is the place many people select to retire in and Logan is well versed in the 55+ communities in the area. After 16 years in the business, Logan is a seasoned professional who guides and advises his clients carefully and methodically through the buying and selling process.
