What is one of the successes in real estate you have had in the past you would like to share?
Just recently, I was able to hold a large commercial deal together that threatened to crumble more than once due to SBA lending issues. It took 6 months, but we made it to closing and all benefited from it.
Is there something you think is really cool about real estate or EXIT you would like to share with other EXIT Members?
I have always loved the fact that Exit is a part of the "Family" and there is not one person out there that I have found with Exit that is not willing to share what makes them successful. I felt it the first day I walked through the door and I am happy to say it has remained that way for over 5 years! I love EXIT and am proud to be affilitated with such a wonderful company! |
