A native of Knoxville, Shawna sells a variety of residentialhomes and land in Knoxville, Farragut, Loudon, Lenoir City, Kingston, Rockwood,Concord and surrounding communities.

Shawna is a current member in good standing of the KnoxvilleArea Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, NationalAssociation of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. 

Shawna served as a Groundbreaker for the Loudon CountyHabitat for Humanity and continues to contribute to her community by donatingto Habitat for Humanity through Exit Realty International. Exit Realty has donatedover $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.  Shawna has always been involved, and continuesto be involved with orphaned animal rescue as well.

Shawna enjoys photography, target shooting and is an avidreader.  She and her husband of 35 years,David, enjoy spending time with their three children, six grandchildren,gardening and their two rescued dogs.

Having had personal experience in local and internationalrelocating, Shawna developed a strong ability to interact and communicate withpeople from diverse backgrounds and better understand and accommodate the needsand concerns of clients who are relocating.
