Consistency in my efforts to list, list, list.

My very first listing almost eight years ago was a lot in Tellico Village.  I had a very motivated seller.  I talked him into listing the lot for a 20% commission.  (I thought that would motivate the real estate agents to sell it!)  First everyone in the office had some really negative comments...'.you can't do that! It's just not done!'   The next thing that happened was I got a call from a dear friend who worked for a competing company.   He said..." you made a mistake on the co-operative compensation, do you realize it is at 20%?"  I said yes, he said ..." I will call you back."

Long story, short.  He sold it that afternoon to a builder.  I made my first sale, my client was happy, and I have been hooked ever since.  

THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!

The very coolest thing about Exit is the TEAM WORK in my office.  I have never had such support from the owner, the broker, and my associates.  We have consistent meetings, training, and last night at our weekly meeting, after the business was finished, we were brainstorming for an hour.  It is a great office, our agents are awesome.  Warren and Laurel are constantly supporting and motivating!   I am so glad I made the move to Exit!
