What is one of the successes in real estate you have had in the past you would like to share?
I was visiting with a FSBO. I asked the individual how long had he been trying to sell his home on his own. He told me 6 months. Also he told me that he had his property listed with an agent prior to trying to market it himself. The listing expired before it had a chance to sell. This gentlemen allowed me to list his property. Within 2 weeks we had 5 showings and an accepted full price offer. We close the last of this month!! |
