My name is Sam Fiorini.  I have 16 years of real estate experience in the Columbia, SC market.  I specialize in listing and selling homes and land.  Columbia consist of Richland, Lexington, Kershaw, Newberry, Saluda and Fairfield counties. Lake Murray, one of our big focal points is made up of 4 counties and has 500 miles of shoreline. There are many communities that are tied to the Lake and some of the more popular ones have been Ballentine, Irmo and Chapin.

I started my real estate career in Charleston, SC in 1987 in the condominium market for a local developer. From their moved to Raleigh, NC for 4 years and my brother and I supplied solid surface counter tops to the builders in that market. I then moved back to Columbia in 1994 to get back home. I was born in Columbia and graduated from USC. I started right back into selling real estate here and have been doing it ever since. I have a lot of experience in the construction business and I have worked selling many of the communities throughout Columbia. I enjoy playing golf, gardening and cooking for good health. Church is a big part of my life and I'm blessed to have Jesus Christ in my life today.
