I am the Former Career Development Specialist for EXiT Realty One in New Albany, IN (92 total days).

In under 50 business days. I set up in-depth, one on one recruitment meetings with 3 of the top 10 Realtors on the local Realtor board.

In under 30 days I implemeted and organized a recruitment strategy that was getting us favorably noticed and earning positive feedback within the Southern Indiana Realtor community.  These efforts resulted in a strong "buzz" of interest within a board of more than 400 Realtors.

I organized and conducted one on one, in depth recruiting meetings with 19 agents. Met an additional 45 Realtors at open houses, private lunches etc.  

During that time I Mastered PromoShop, Contact Manager, and ShopTok. I created and and maintained virtually all the unique highly "liked" content for the brokerage's Facebook page.

I was also an active participant in Johnny Lowey's "You Can't Grow Wrong" Training Series, Key Yessaad's Organic Search Engine Optimization Workshop, Jeff Lobb's "Get Productive Now!" technology training class, and an in-depth course on SEO and blogging taught by EXiT broker Craig Summerall.

With no prior RE background and a limited time-line, my efforts resulted in the signing of 2 EXiT Realtors.  I am open and available to bring my energy and talent to any EXiT office in the USA.
