My name is Rich Cotton and I am the Broker/Owner of EXiT Realty Chesapeake Bay. I have specialized, since 1989, in Waterfront and Water Oriented properties in Cecil and Kent Counties located on Maryland's Eastern Shore. I serve the following towns: Elkton, Chesapeake City, Earleville, Cecilton, North East, Charlestown, Perryville, Port Deposit, Galena, Kennedyville, and surrounding areas.
