Craig Bohannon received his NC Real Estate License in 1988 and has been involved in various forms of construction and Real Estate Sales through the years.. Craig and his family moved to the Charlotte area in 1992 from Winston-Salem NC. He left his Wachovia Bank position as VP of Operational Services after 36 yrs. of service. Craig is continuing his Real Estate career with EXIT Realty South. He has found that EXIT Realty South gives him the resources to provide his Clients the outstanding service level they deserve. This combined with his 30+ yrs of operational management, gives him the background to manage through the most difficult of Real Estate transactions and provide a superior level of client satisfaction.

Craig's goal is to be a leader in the real estate industry as we move through the maze we currently find ourselves. With so many changes and challenges, our industry is an exciting place to be now and in the future. Technology has just begun to touch our industry; the responsibilities on being a trusted advisor are huge and demand a commitment to constant learning.
