Working with renters!  I have been blessed with the ability to establish renters into a rental home and convert them into purchasers by adding them to my database and keeping in touch with them.

I would also say that Kevin Ahearn's time management skills have been a tremendous success in my business.  He has shown me that I am able to manage my time, own my schedule, and still have a life.  Wish I would have learned and applied that skill years ago.

All of the amazing trainers.  Every company says they have great trainers but what I think is so special about EXIT Trainers is that they are real producing Realtors who love their business enough to desire to share it.  They are also real people who are accessible.  All you have to do is pick up the phone and talk to them.  It's pretty awesome.
