What is one of the successes in real estate you have had in the past you would like to share?
Helping a single Mother with two children short sell her house and find more affordable living arrangements. This was especially rewarding for me because she didn't use her home's equity like an ATM during boom and deserved to be helped.
Is there something you think is really cool about real estate or EXIT you would like to share with other EXIT Members?
