My name is Cynthia Latimer and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers buy and sell with confidence in Middle Tennessee including Spring Hill, Thompson?s Station, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro and the surrounding areas.
Over the past 21 years I have personally bought, renovated or built, and sold 15 homes. I have experienced the home buying and selling process personally many times. I have Real Estate Appraiser experience and have a comprehensive knowledge of construction which gives me a unique perspective. I know first hand what my buyers and sellers are experiencing and have the education and experience to guide them through the entire transaction.
Communication is a vital element in business, especially in real estate. I listen carefully to my clients needs and concerns to enable me to make their #1 GOAL my #1 GOAL. ?When we moved here from Florida we didn?t know anything about the area. Cynthia gave us a lot of information so we could get familiar with the area and the neighborhoods. Then of course she guided us through buying the right house. Our house had two other offers on it. She told us what to do to be the ones whose offer was accepted by the seller. We went back to Florida with a contract. Cynthia helped us with meeting the inspector and doing some things to help us that were beyond what we expected her to do. ?
