Hi!! I’m April

…I’m a mom, wife, sister, daughter, and friend and most importantly to you…I’M A REALTOR!! I started this journey of being a REALTOR to allow myself the opportunity to be a mom and have a career. Don’t get me wrong the thought of being in the so called “MILLION $$” club got my attention as well.

I can’t begin to tell you how awesome it is to be a part of anyone becoming a homeowner. REALTORS meet people, get to know them, their taste, personalities and desires that are very personal to them. I’m so thankful they think enough of me to allow me in that circle. WHAT AN HONOR!! Many of my clients/customers have become friends (can’t have too many of those).

I’m professional and personable. I’m amazed by the technology available to us and how it has changed my profession over the past 13 years. Although, there is one thing that has not changed…People are still people and real estate transactions still require people, communication and trust. I’m experienced, knowledgeable and available. It is my desire to assist you in your quest for home ownership.

Over my 13 years as a REALTOR I have gained “The Award of Excellence” numerous times and have achieved “lifetime” status. I’ve gain “Top Sales Agent” awards within our office. I maintain membership with our local, state and national trade organizations and hold membership with our local Chamber of Commerce. Throughout my 13 years of service I have gained working relationships with many professionals in our business.
