I joined EXIT in October 2004, which makes me one of the first EXIT agents in Tennessee. Being in the Real Estate business since 1975, I have seen lots of changes. When I first set down and watched the EXIT video of Steve Morris explaining all about EXIT, I was sold at that very minute. The EXIT concept is the best thing for REALTORS that has come a long since I begin my career. I wish EXIT had been around many years ago. Now after almost 6 years with EXIT, I am still totally sold. With all the training and the tools to make our job much easier, EXIT is the greatest! I now own my own franchise in Franklin, TN and I am growing my office everyday. I have been with other franchise Real Estate companies and there is no comparison in training and most of all in the EXIT conventions. If you have not attended an EXIT convention you are missing a wonderful experience. In a nut shell, I LOVE EXIT!

My 5th grade teacher introduced me to EXIT???? Yes. After many years, I reached out to my all time favorite teacher, to let him know how influential he had been in my life. He shared with me that had retired after many years of teaching. He had chosen to become a real estate agent. Not just any agent, but an EXIT agent. Steve Deasy understood the benefits of EXIT's residuals, training, and support. He walked me through the basics of getting my real estate license and how EXIT could change my life. Now, I am working and learning under a fabulous broker, Jan Nichols, of EXIT MUSIC CITY. I look forward, just like in 5th grade, to the excitement and challenging opportunities that come with a new year at EXIT.

The other Realtors in my office are like an extended family to me. Recently my mother was in Hospice and I needed and wanted to spend the last few weeks of her life by her side. As we all know just because we need to walk away from our careers sometimes, that doesn't mean we can put all of our clients on hold. My friends, at Exit Realty Crucher stepped in and took over for me, and I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Exit Realty Music City is a great company to work for, our broker looks after us and makes sure we are up on technology and education that concerns our real estate and makes each one of us feel special. When I came to Exit I had worked for 3 other offices and this one was more like family, everyone at our office is always so helpful and will answer any question you have. One of our agents Darren DeMartino has offered training on some of the technology we need help with. Our Administrator will help us with every kind of question we have and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out. Our office is always busy preparing things that we need and should do. Exit Realty Music City is always involved in community actives as well as charitable actives. We are a good Team.
